Breathing in through one nose and breathing out through the other. This is good for holistic healing and promotes movement of oxygen in the body. Swimming, jogging, biking etc are other activities that help in reducing obesity and staying fit.
What we eat plays an important role in body fitness. A low calorie intake is a must for reducing obesity. One needs to take a lot of fresh salad and leafy vegetables in their diet and cut down on fast foods like burgers, pizzas etc. Obesity can thus be conquered by proper exercise along with a low calorie diet.
